• The HASTINGS Load Pick-Up tool or Load Pick-up Head can be installed with a shotgun stick or with rubber gloves. (In accordance with your company's safe work practices.)
  
• Both tools come completely self contained with cocking tool, firing lanyard, and safety latch (Optional carrying case available.)
  
• The head castings is an aluminum alloy and also serves as a storage port for the cocking tool.
• Clear plastic housing below the head castings allows for quick and easy visual inspection.
• Each tool comes complete with an Operating and Maintenance Manual.

* Note: While the maximum rating for each model is stated above, the actual rating will be the lesser of these values, or of the rating of the components used with the Load Pick-Up Tool. If 15kV jumper cable is being used, the entire asssembly will be rated at 15kV. If the jumper cable is less than 2/0 AWG, the current rating will be reduced accordingly.

The Polyethylene Line Guard, rated at 7.8 KV Phase to Ground and 15 KV Phase to Phase is incredibly light weight - 1/3 the weight of similar rubber hoses and is the most cost effective in the industry..

• Features larger I.D. than traditional rubber hoses - 1.77” compared to 1.25”.

The new Rubber Blanket from Hastings offers greater flexibility when covering up such equipment as pins and insulators, pole line hardware, and URD equipment.

Class 2 and Class 4 blankets are ASTM D1048 compliant.

High visibility Hastings yellow offers easy detection of contamination, carbon tracking, and other hazardous damage that may occur to the blanket.

Storage Containers, bucket bags, blanket Roll-ups, and pins are offered for storage, quick access and east of use.

The new Fuse-Cup from Hastings allows linemen to easily capture the fuse barrel for quick and easy fuse removal and installation at extended heights in all conditions.

• Versatile. Holds 100A and 200A barrels from any manufacturer.
• Reduces Inventory. No need for two tools to fit 100AMP and 200AMP fuse tubes.
• Reduces Risk. Fiberglass reinforced nylon eliminates potential hazards of flashover when removing or installing fuse tubes.
• Increased Visibility. Hastings safety yellow makes it easy for the linemen to get a good visual on the fuse barrel in low light or night conditions.
